By focusing almost exclusively on my corporate career where I put everyone else's needs in front of my own, I sacrificed my health and gained 30 pounds in 1 year.

I went back to school and earned degrees and certifications in fitness and nutrition and I healed myself. Once I understood the connections between food, exercise, and mental attitude I began to see a change not only in my weight, but also in my outlook.
The changes happened fast and have stayed with me to this day. I created a lifestyle that I LOVE and I successfully coach private clients and groups on how to achieve their fitness goals too.
