Before you dive right into Module 1, let me tell you a little about the website and other program components.

Each week of the program has a specific web page that contains the fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for that week along with a few “bonus” items that I think you’ll find valuable. To keep you focused, future weeks are “locked” and will be automatically available to you at the appropriate time.
Once all of the weeks are open, they stay open so that you can go back and access any of the tools that are there.
Materials: Create Your Binder
In each week you’ll find a PDF that contains the hard copy materials you will need for the week. To get the most out of the BPM Program I suggest that you download and print each week’s materials and store them in a binder. Most pdfs can be completed on your computer as well so create a folder on your hard drive so you can find them again. This way you have easy access to everything to use now and after the program ends.
I invite you to download any materials offered through the program and remind you that they are copyrighted. They are for members of the program only and I thank you in advance for respecting this.
1 to 1 Coaching: Schedule your Goal Setting Call
The BPM Program includes a 30 minute private coaching call with me. During the call we will review your goals and will talk about how you can get the most out of the program. You will schedule the call through my on-line scheduling tool and I’ll remind you about it the day before. Don’t miss this opportunity! It’s how we get to know each other.
